Website design and development proposal
A cinematic portfolio and project-enquiry website for Navadarshan, Hyderabad. Let prospective customers experience the creative process before they initiate a project.
Understanding Navadarshan
Confirmed: a Hyderabad company specialising in multimedia, scriptwriting, scene decomposition, AI videos and images, and advertising creatives. The website should showcase work, generate enquiries and accept creative briefs. No existing website, domain, hosting, logo or portfolio assets have been supplied.
Recommended audience: businesses, filmmakers and content creators; final segment priorities remain to be confirmed. Proposed brand: a typographic wordmark, charcoal canvas, warm ivory type, amber accents and generous cinematic framing. This is a provisional direction, not a completed brand identity.

No live AI usage is included. Optional additional development: proposed ₹1,000/hour after written approval. Monthly maintenance is billed at ₹5,000 per month from launch. Domain, hosting and all renewals for the agreed launch stack are included; there is no separate annual renewal invoice. No ongoing charge begins through this prototype.
Domain, hosting and maintenance
Domain and ownership
Consider navadarshan.in, navadarshanstudio.com or navadarshancreative.com. Availability and prices are unverified. Register the chosen name in Navadarshan’s account with client-owned billing and recovery contacts; 1flo assists with DNS, HTTPS and renewal reminders. No transfer is currently expected.
Recommended hosting approach
Use managed static hosting for the public site, a simple CMS for projects and a managed form service for enquiries. This keeps the public site light and reduces maintenance. Provisional sizing: six projects, up to 1 GB of site assets and 10,000 monthly page views; serve large videos through an approved video provider. Confirm vendor limits before launch; renewals for the agreed stack are included in the monthly fee. Keep staging separate from production and protect unpublished client work.
Proposed operations: HTTPS, availability monitoring, weekly content exports retained for four weeks, source control and a pre-change backup. Test restoration before launch and quarterly thereafter. Recovery objective: two business days where supported by providers; not a guaranteed SLA. Higher traffic, storage or enquiry volume triggers a written capacity review.
Support and warranty
Proposed maintenance includes dependency/security updates where relevant, backup checks, uptime review and up to two hours of minor content changes per month; unused hours do not roll over. Support: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM IST excluding public holidays, via agreed email channel. Proposed acknowledgement: four business hours for site unavailability and one business day for routine requests. Resolution depends on cause and provider access.
A separate 30-day defect warranty covers reproducible departures from signed acceptance criteria. New pages, new functionality, creative production, malware caused by third-party access and vendor outages fall outside routine maintenance. Bill monthly at ₹5,000, including domain, hosting and all renewals for the agreed launch stack. Review the arrangement after 12 months by mutual agreement; additional work requires approval.
Delivery in four to six weeks
| Stage | Deliverable and approval gate | Client dependency |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Discovery, sitemap, platform and domain decision | Appoint one approver; approve scope and assets plan |
| Week 2 | Homepage and project template design approval | Approve provisional branding and layouts |
| Weeks 3–4 | Development, CMS and enquiry delivery | Provide six cleared projects, contact and privacy copy |
| Week 5 | Content loading, device checks and user acceptance | Consolidated feedback within two business days |
| Week 6 if needed | Corrections, launch approval, training and handover | Written acceptance and account access setup |
Schedule begins after scope approval, advance payment and receipt of required content. Delayed approvals, additional languages or missing assets can move the launch date.
Acceptance, handover and terms
Proposed payment milestones on ₹35,000 development: 40% on confirmation (₹14,000), 40% on staging delivery (₹14,000), and 20% before launch (₹7,000). Renewals for the included stack are covered by the monthly fee; optional third-party services require separate approval. Planning estimate valid for 15 calendar days from 22 October 2026; a signed quotation will confirm tax treatment, the final scope and monthly service terms.
Acceptance requires all agreed page types, six approved projects, functioning filters and forms, verified enquiry receipt, keyboard operation, no horizontal overflow on agreed mobile widths, working video embeds, HTTPS and no critical unresolved defects. Target: track enquiry completion, portfolio engagement and qualified leads after launch; establish a baseline in the first 30 days rather than promising conversion uplift.
After full payment, Navadarshan receives agreed bespoke source code, approved content, domain and hosting administration access, CMS guidance and a source export. Third-party services retain their own licences. AI-created media must have suitable commercial rights; the client approves talent likeness, music, voice and portfolio publication rights.
Provide one 60-minute remote training session and 30 days of handover access assistance. Exit support includes one source/content export; migration labour beyond handover is separately quoted. Changes to approved scope require written impact on price and timeline. No accounts, domain registrations, payments or external messages have been created by this demonstration.
